6 Studies for Electric Guitar is a series of miniatures that I wrote as technical and composition studies. All of them are based on the approaches and concepts that I am currently exploring in relation to the harmonic system that Oliver Messiaen’s mode 3 gives.

It is my hope, that these pieces will provide insight into my curiosity about the inner workings of the guitar and provide material for other players to use as a launchpad to further their own development on the instrument.

6 Estudios para Guitarra eléctrica son una serie de miniaturas que escribí como estudios técnicos y de composición. Los estudios están basado en los nuevos enfoques y conceptos que estoy explorando actualmente en relación el sistema Armónico que entrega el modo 3 de Oliver Messiaen.

Tengo la esperanza de que estas piezas ofrezcan una idea de mi curiosidad sobre el funcionamiento interno de la guitarra y proporcionen material para que otros intérpretes lo utilicen como plataforma de lanzamiento promoviendo su propio desarrollo en el instrumento.
